Responsibilities and duties:
Sales development and permanent attraction of new customers
– Presenting, promoting and selling products in accordance with the company’s commercial standards and policies
– Monitoring the realization of the monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan
– Participation in negotiations, drawing up contracts, monitoring their progress and completion
– Responsible for tracking the collection of amounts owed by customers and the transmission of sales documents

Receives the price requests, defines the manufacturing procedure and prepares the technical sheet of the project

– Monitors compliance with the planning in the bindery
– Propose work teams to the production manager according to the planning, the skills of the employees and the specifics of the projects
– Analyze projects before they actually go into production
– Supervises and controls the activity and daily performance of subordinate employees
– Comes with proposals to optimize the activity and participates in the development of work procedures
– Reports to the Production Manager
07. Expedition Manager
Training and experience:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of cargo management
– Minimum secondary education
– Specific technical knowledge regarding cargo management
– Knowledge of computerized management of goods stocks
– Knowledge of PC operation (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
– Persistent, organized, efficient and able to set priorities

Responsibilities and duties:
– Supervises and is responsible for loading / unloading / storing / preparing goods in the company’s warehouse
– Controls storage activity in the warehouse
– Controls and registers goods in/out in/out of the warehouse
– Gives his course to the computerized registration and management of merchandise stocks
– Participates in warehouse inventories, being responsible for differences found
– Prepares various stock/delivery reports requested by superiors
08. Quality Director
Training and experience:
– Higher education
– Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing integrated management systems (Quality-Environment-Food Safety)
– Previous experience in the field of Occupational Health and Safety as well as in Environmental Protection is an advantage
– Required authorizations: Quality-Environment-Food Safety internal auditor
– Specialization courses in the field of OSH are an advantage
– Driving license category B
– Logical thinking, ability to analyze and synthesize
– Knowledge of English at least intermediate level
– Availability for travel at national level
Responsibilities and duties:
– Design, implementation, certification, maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management System according to the reference standards SR EN ISO 9001/2008, SR EN ISO 14001/2005, FSSC 2200:2005, SA 8000:2008
– Reporting directly to the General Manager about the operation of the integrated management system and about any need for improvement
– Assessing and examining the compliance and effectiveness of the integrated management system and for the development of objective evidence of quality
– Elaboration, updating, dissemination and management of documents related to the integrated management system
– Elaboration, updating, dissemination and management of the list of documents of internal origin as well as those of external origin applicable to the integrated management system
– The effective follow-up of the application of the requirements of the integrated management system and the initiation of corrective/preventive actions
